The 2015 edition of Echoes and voices was a remarkable one. The event took place at Dr David Oguntuase Hall (NMA House), Igbatoro road, Akure on Wednesday, 27th May, 2015 (Children's Day). The day's activities started with the arrival and registration of the invited schools. The opening prayer was done by one of the participating students followed by a short talk on "Stand Up" by the facilitator, Mr Toluwani Borokini.

Four (4) topics were debated on with seven (7) schools participating.
The topics are:
1.  The effect of digitalization on students’ reading culture.
2.  Gone are the good old days, does it mean we are living in bad modern days?
3.  Is it the home or the school that contributes to moral laxity among students?
4.  Women should be allowed to hold governorship and presidential positions in Nigeria.
At the end of the first round, the best 4 emerged and proceeded to the next round.

The second round had Aquinas College, Akure and Hallmark supporting the motion, 'It is the home and not the school that contributes to moral laxity among students' while Citadel and St Matthias opposed the motion.
